About

Improve Breathing, Sleeping, Oral and Overall Function and Wellness

Welcome to BAR Myo Hi, I’m Kristi Kack, a licensed dental hygienist specializing in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT). My passion for improving oral health and overall well-being led me to focus on OMT certification. I work with clients to address tongue thrust, teeth grinding, jaw pain, digestion concerns, and sleep-disordered breathing for lasting improvements. Accessible Care Options We offer both telehealth and in-home therapy to ensure treatment is convenient and fits your lifestyle. Telehealth provides expert support from anywhere, while in-home therapy delivers personalized care in your familiar environment. Tailored Assessments for Individual Needs Our assessments use photos, videos, and precise measurements to evaluate orofacial structures, breathing, tongue posture, chewing, swallowing, and functional movements. These insights help us create customized treatment plans to optimize oral function and overall health. Flexible Treatment and Fee-for-Service Model Treatment typically lasts one to several months, depending on your needs. As a fee-for-service company, we focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care without insurance limitations. We can provide superbills for reimbursement if requested.
